What is your cancellation policy?Cancellations must occur 7-10 days before the event. Half (50%) of the payment will be returned at this time as the food items may already have been purchased. Please text or call for more information.
How far in advance should we contact you for an event?Preferably, we ask that you contact us, at least, 10-14 days in advance of the event.
What are your payment Methods?Payments can be made via credit card & debit card, directly on our website. We also accept PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, or Zelle. Contact us for more information.
